Scaling

The default scaling is OpenForge/OpenForge 2.0's original scaling of 25mm.

The scaling functions are defined in measures.scad:

*default()* -- the default, 25mm
*inch()* -- compatible with OpenForge's new scaling of 1 inch (== 25.4mm)
*wyloch()* -- compatible with Wyloch's scaling of 1.25"
