OpenForge Cut-Stone OpenLOCK Battery Base

This is an OpenLOCK E (2x2) floor tile that can supply battery power to any or all of it's OpenLOCK ports. Use it with the [powered OpenLOCK clips](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2127453) to power other tiles like the [torch wall](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2125959).
