This is a stairway to the depth of the dungeon.

The optical illusion of depth comes from the idea, to use the hight of the base as well.

I designed a tile, which fits perfectly into and onto the topless base by devonjones (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2740279).

Just print such a base glue the tile on it and show your players that your dungeon has more depth than they thought.
