OpenForge Pirate Ship: Upper Hold

This is the third part of of a pirate ship inspired by [The Wormwood](http://paizo.com/image/content/Secondary/ShipDiagram.jpg) from Paizo's [Skull and Shackles](http://paizo.com/pathfinder/adventurePath/skullAndShackles) Adventure Path.

This is the upper hold. This level is where most cargo would be stored, and it contains a few rooms (See below under Map).

I've decided to release the ship exterior for a floor when I release the level above it. With this release, the [Lower Hold](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1858204) now has the stl files for the lower hold exterior.
