OpenForge Spike Wall Trap

Following my recent collaboration with [Hero's Hoard](http://www.heroshoard.com/), we've got another guest release! [Ryan Beasecker aka Curufin](https://www.thingiverse.com/Curufin/about). He's letting us release this super awesome spike trap (and dead warrior)!

I used this an an opportunity to print a release on my new Anycubic Photon. I can finally do resin printing, and man, the results are sweet!
