opengrid underware under table mount 16mm offset

To mount the opengrid for my underware project under my table, I don't want to drill a hole. Instead, I use double tape. While working on the project, I soon realized that I cannot mount the grid too close to the table surface, otherwise when some modules snapped into the grid, it would be very hard to pull them out. I tested different offset, and concluded 16mm seems to be a reasonable offset to use if you want to make the grid servicable.
