This is a simple design that allows YOU to configure and print trays that would fit inside a storage box. The trays are configurable using the OpenSCAD Customizer window. The STL files posted are only examples, where the intent is that you configure trays to meet your specific needs. This is designed to work with my configurable box design found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7231296

To configure in the OpenSCAD Customizer window, you first set the length, width and height of the outside of the try. There is a padding value (configurable) that will slightly reduce the length and width so that the trays will easier slide in and out of a box of the given inside length and width. You then specify the number of rows and columns. For example, 2 rows and 3 columns will result in 6 compartments of the same size. The wall thickness for the tray is also configurable.
