This module accepts 3 points and a radius value and draws an arc of the supplied radius at the middle point as a polygon. Since it can't know what side of the angle should be filled, it assumes you're supplying the points in a clockwise manner.
There is a 5th parameter for the number of segments to use when drawing the arc.
