This is a remix of the large OpenScan.eu DIY low budget 3D Scanner.
The origin version had some drawbacks for me so I decided to rebuild it because:
- origin parts didn't fit to my extrusion profiles because they had some places which should act as slot nut and they didn't fit
- it is difficult to print because of these slot parts
- no BOM was available
- origin didn't use any bearings. In my opinion, especially the turntable needs some bearing as stepper motor bearings are not able to carry much axial load.
So here it is. It fits on 2020 extrusion profiles. The entire dimension of the parts fits to origin.
BOM:
- 3D printed parts (see description for quantity of each)
- 6x 500mm 2020 extrusion profiles
- 1x 530mm 2020 extrusion profile
- 2x 450mm 2020 extrusion profiles
- 1x axial bearing 51101(12x26x9)
- 8x radial bearing MF 106ZZ
- M4 screws (10mm)
- slot nuts M4
- 3 Nema 17 stepper motors 59Ncm 17hs19-2004S1
- 2x bar-bell discs (0,5kg for rasberry pi or 1kg
