Remixed one of the parts of Raetron's DC42 adjustable IR height sensor adapter to fit my BLV printer's bowden carriage that comes with a bltouch mount.
I didn't had enough height adjustment in the original design as the sensor itself was below the nozzle - which obviously doesn't work.
Edits were done in Fusion 360 after converting the mesh to a solid body. Only the faces where I had to make modifications were replaced with a new face.
V1: cuts in shell to allow clearance
V2: enlarged hole to accomodate a spring of 5.6mm, partially embedded in both pieces
IMPORTANT:
Scale to XYZ to 10% for the original size. I must have set the scale wrong in Fusion 360.
