An optical filament sensor bracket that I configured to work with a IKEA Lack tower where the filament is passed through the table top, but is reusable in other locations where the space between the mounting holes is cleared for filament output. It is designed to hand-thread in two PC4-M6 pneumatic fittings.
There are two versions of this part included. v1.1 has an adjustment of only about 0.25mm forward but fixes the optical sensor line-up with where the filament path is, the other STL file sometimes has the filament leave the sensing area and can trigger a pause on your printer. The MakerHawk optical sensors have a very narrow detection path that only sees about 2mm wide and I have printed multiple test parts to get this alignment as centered as possible on that optical path.
This bracket was designed to work with the following parts:
* 1* MakerHawk Optical Endstop (Amazon | Referral Link)
* 2* M3 hex nuts
* 2* M3x8mm bolts
* 2* PC4-M6 pneumatic fittings (Quick disconnect
