My friend's son wanted an Optimus Prime Mask for Halloween, and I could not find one on MakerWorld. I did find an Optimus Prime toy figurine someone created on MakerWorld, and I cleaned up the head and modified it to be hollow so that a small child's head could fit inside. I used negative parts to remove the Silver Mask section and made it a separate part that can be attached with magnets. There should be enough dead space inside to make the helmet larger after scaling it up. This is currently sized for a young boy, and I used 7-½" front to back by 4-½" side to side to fit his head. I used (4) 8mm x 2mm round magnets to keep the Silver Mask section attached to the helmet.
