Optiplex 5.25" Vent Cover

Remixed to have vent holes that more or less match the optiplex front fascia. Printed to sit in front of this https://www.thingiverse.com/make:1190325 5.25" to SSD adapter.

I broke the tab off on installation, but that doesn't bother me too much.
