None of the Orange Pi cases fitted my Orange PI Zero Plus.
Here is my take.
**Update 4/2/2019:**
- Added side vents for increased airflow around the board.
- Added hole in the top to mount the WIFI antenna.
- Reduced clearance between bottom retaining pins and the board.
