Orange Pi 4 Case

Custom made case for Orange Pi 4 single board computer with support for a 70mm fan.

The parts are somewhat modular:
- print just the bottom to have a basic protection for the board
- print the top part to enclose the board. It just snaps into place.
- print the fan holder to provide proper air flow (it is needed for this board!). It fits nicely into the top's vent grill.

The air vents are all over the place, keeping the print lighter, cheaper and the board cooler. Blowing air from the top pushes heat evenly in all directions.

If you have a differently sized fan, just remix the fan support part. The rest could stay the same.

I used M2 screws + nuts to hold the board firmly in place. The same goes for securing the fan.
