Orange Pi R1 Case Remixed

I remixed the case by WarHawk8080, as it was the only OPi R1 case I could reliably get to print. The original case was fine except I need access to the serial pins for console access. So I remixed the lid to allow the pins to be used.

While I was remixing I added the antenna holder from SevMadVics R1 case. I also went ahead and made a few other revisions of the lid. I made a low rider version that sits lower than the original, a little thinner. And I made a version that allows the pin header to be accessed as well.

Note: none of these lids will allow access to the 26 pin header (I believe its labelled CON4).
