Compact, ventilated enclosure for Orange Pi Zero 2 SBC!
Disclaimer:
This box does not contain ANY mountings to anything so if you want to mount this to a 3D printer or somewhere else, it's best to use double-sided adhesive tape. Also, there is no any openings, holes for external GPIO cables so take in mind. Wifi Antenna should fit inside the box without problems and without degrading WiFi signal, due to metal parts of SBC.
Items to get before assembly:
-Soldering iron
-4x brass sleeve with an internal M2 thread for hot insertion into the upper part of the housing (holes for it are designed for the outer diameter of the sleeve 3mm)
-4 x M2 screws (threaded min.6mm)
To properly insert threaded bushings you need to have soldering iron with clean (tin-free), fine tip. Set temp about 300 degrees Celsius and insert with pliers or tweezers simultaneously by pressing vertically with a hot soldering iron tip. WATCH OUT FOR YOU HANDS! If something went wrong with soldering iron, Y
