Case for an Orange Pi Zero 2W with the extender card.
3 lids are provided. One lid with just the ventilation slots. One lid that would allow a 4x2 or smaller connector through a dedicated slot placed above the power pins. The third lid would accommodate a full length connector
Need 4 x 16mm M2.5 screw and nuts for assembly.
Place the 4 spacers between two boards back to back and use the screws and nuts to assemble.
Fold ribbon connector between the two boards. Case has extra space to allow for some curvature to the ribbon cable.
Push antenna through the circular hole in the lid. Make sure that there are no burrs on the edges of the hole or the antenna will not slide in.
The assembly slides with a friction fit into the casing. Lid also fits with a friction fit.
Ventilated space above the main board would allow for a high profile passive heatsink or a low profile heatsink with a small fan.
Use the back of a wooden pencil or cheap ballpoint pen to push the asse
