Orange Pi Zero case (with fan)

This is an addon for the original Orange Pi Zero case in order to include a 40mm fan.
There are 2 versions available:
- First one has modeled threads so you can screw directly the feet.If you go this way you should use 0.12mm layer height which for me doesn't justify the extra time. However it is there if you want to try.
- Second one you have to tap the threads yourself with a kit. A metallic M4 bolt will work as well as PLA is quite soft.
For the feet go with 0.12mm layer height or lower.
Everything was printed with PLA on a standard Ender 3 V2 with 0.4 nozzle.
