Convert your orbital sander to manual mode! This handle is what I used to turn a worn out sanding pad into a surprisingly useful hand sanding tool.The holes in the handle are sized to accept #6-32 heat set inserts (affiliate link). Hear me out! When my sander started sanding throwing discs, I knew it was time to replace the sanding pad. The old sanding pad still held the sandpaper on fine for anything under "speed 2" so I kept it for some reason.
