Orbiter V2 Ultimaker adapter

I recently thought about converting my printer to Klipper firmware and replaced it with the Big Tree Tech Manta mainboard. While at it, I figured I might as well upgrade the extruder too. After comparing many extruders, I found the Orbiter to be compact and powerful in its extrusion capability. So, I designed an adapter that allows it to be used with the original UM hotend without needing to replace the E3D V6 nozzle.

It's important to note that you should add a segment of PTFE tubing between the nozzle and the extruder. This ensures that the filament can be extruded smoothly
