I've recently changed out my Gen6 Deluxe to a Megatronics v2 board.

I have designed this case to mount the board to the Orca.

The DRV8825 stepper controllers allow 32x microstepping, the original steps/mm must be multiplied by 4 if using this.

Things to note - the end-stops need to be replaced with 3-wire versions. (+, -, Signal), and that the original connectiors cannot be used for them (the original opto-connectors take up 2x5 pins, instead of 1x3, hope this makes sense.)

The original 4-pin motor connectors will fit and do work. There should be space in the case to fit these.

The endstops need to be inverted in the firmware, and the #define MANUAL_HOME_POSITIONS needs to be set.

The stepper reference voltage for the SY42STH47-1684B motors should be 0.84V. This sets the maximum current for the windings at 1.68 Amps. The reference point is the tiny dot to the right of the potentiometer and the two capacitors, shown in the picture.

UPDATE - have modified parts, hin
