A fishing lure slip bobber float or Plug with a pyramid shaped void in it for a small ball bearing to make it rattle. Retrieve it steadily with an egg or bullet sinker and swivel in front and it will spin or pause it with a baited hook and weight behind it for the drop shot technique.

To insert a ball bearing pause your printer about half way through and drop one in.
It should rattle and cause vibrations that the fish's later line can sense, detect or "hear".
