Ork Sniper

Needed a Sniper Ork for a recent 40K game. Reworked an Ork Marauder by GRAYGAWR.
Utilized Erael68's Ork Sniper rifle. Made it longer, the original didn't seem long enough in the Orks massive hands. Had to redo the Hands, the originals wouldn't work with the smaller thickness weapon.
