Ornament with Snowflake Drawings

A polyhedron decorated with 12 snowflakes drawn by hand. The snowflake drawings were copied from plates contained in a copy of "Snowflakes: A chapter from the book of nature". It was published in 1863 by the American Tract Society in Boston. The plates are dark blue with white snowflake drawings. The plates, and the book, can be viewed at:

Snowflake images were converted to dxf files with Inkscape and imported into an openSCAD program. The openSCAD code is derived from thing:2683813 - Small Lightweight Ornament. The dxf files and the openSCAD code are included.
