Ortlieb - Storage - Holder

I made a remix of linked versions of the geneious "ortlieb - storage" and combined it with "multiplex" to protect the wall behind. To cut the wooden backplates you can download the .dwg file, print it out and stick it to the plates. You also can use one big plate or make your own plate design ...

You will need this stuff for one bagholder:

- steel/stainless steel rod (ca. 40 cm, diameter: 8 mm)
- Wood/multiplex (thickness: 9-16 mm)
- 8 x M3 allen bolts
- 8 x M3 nuts (saefty nuts would be perfect)
- 8 x M3 whashers
(lage outside diameter will be better to prevent the nut from sink in the wood)
- locking paint or superglue (to safe the nuts if you dont use saefty nuts)
- painters tape
(to stick it on sawing line on the wood surface to prevent it from damage. Press it on with your fingernail)


Special tools:

- forstner-drill (10 - 15 mm)
- jigsaw with sawblade (medium wood)
