This is a replacement lid designed for the Oster 4-quart wooden bucket ice cream maker. The lid is printed in three distinct parts: the Lid, Window Pane, and Gear.
Creation Process:
* I used a 700mL Smartwater bottle as the window "glass". After cutting it open, I flattened it on my workbench and clamped down the edges.
* I then adhered the "Window Pane" to the inside of the flattened bottle using super glue. After clamping it for stability, I allowed it to dry for a few minutes.
* Next, I trimmed the excess plastic from the outer edge and the inside of the large hexagon.
Note: Initially, I tried using a heat gun to flatten the bottle, but this method was unsuccessful.
The window pane fits snugly into the lid, so there's no need for adhesive. This makes cleaning simpler. However, if you choose not to glue the pane in, trim the window a bit larger than necessary and fit it in.
I've also provided the Fusion archive file for those who might want to adjust the interior diamete
