OTF Utility Knife

complete restructure of the OTF Knife posted here; not really a rebuild but it uses the same mechanism etc

this is a fully functional OTF knife with the ability to insert a standard utility blade/ stanley blade (for UK users)

ive included an STL for a plastic blade: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3221468 from Ponddust which will fit and work; but you can use real utility blades.

you will likely have to tweak the print a tiny bit with some sanding to get things running smoothly; but shouldnt be much.

if you are sanding then work on the longest straight edges of each piece: the blade housing and the mechanism sections are all you should really need to sand.

the case is in two sections and ive added pegs for easy glueing and or drilling/screwing if you require to fiddle that much. ive just used electric tape on mine and it works fine.

if you print with higher infill you will obviously get a stronger build.
