OTT Filament Guide Ender 5

This is an Over The Top (OTT) Filament Guide for my Ender 5. Using a Direct Drive Extruder, the filament feeds from the top, so being inside an enclosure without a solid top I needed to devise a way to safely keep the filament free flowing and free from entanglements.

This guide mounts into the 2020 extrusion with 2 x 4mm bolts and T-nuts. It is adjustable for height to three settings. There is a small, Medium, and Large Guide Bar and the Base. The Arm fits inside the base and is locked in place at your desired height with an M3 Bolt and nut.

Everything prints without support.
