Otto Tall Boy

This is a remix of the classic Otto DIY Arduino-based robot kit. The tall body (hence the "Tallboy" name) accommodates taller 8x8 LED matrix components such as this:
versus the more compact Max 7219 component with the chip underneath the LEDs. You can use the same legs from the original Otto DIY project.
