Outdoor Chair End Cap

This is the end cap of the arm and front legs of an outdoor chair. The legs and arms are essentially metal tubing and this is to cap of the ends instead of them being open. Suited to fit internal dimensions of 37.5mm x 17.5mm. In this case the tubing was 1.5mm thick so the external was 40.5mm x 20.5mm. Takes about 28min to print one on its own, went a little over the top with chamfers but this means no supports. This was created for a client that came to us trying to find replacement parts after her dog had chewed the ends. Figured it might suite others so why not upload it aye. It is a super tight fit. I have a profile for just plain old PLA but also have a profile for ABS as its going to be better outside. Wouldn't take much either if you just wanted to print in PETG, I did ABS because I was out of PETG at the time.
