Just a cover that was missed with IvyEpsilon's collection. I have these all throughout my shed and think they are awesome. But I needed one for Levinton wifi switch and plug. Should work with GFI and standard plug as well.

PSA: The screws are #6-32 machine screws. Couldn't find black so I spray painted the heads before instalation.
