the wall wart fits snug in the square portion. the wire wraps up nicely in the other cavity. the dot sits well on the top. I think I wrapped the wire with something but the dot is just sitting up there. its been there for months without issue. you can walk into my bathroom and say "Alexa, I'm going #2" and she will encourage you, then play "one is the loneliest number" by the Beatles on volume 10. Since the bathroom is off of the living room, this provides adequate sound cover for your #2.
