Tip: dont try to print the dowels they are just cut pieces of filament.
THIS "Thing" isnt much to write home about. It does work but its a bit complicated for what it is.. I suggest this other one instead.

Just print "Printable_Screwdriver_FilamentDowles.STL(or STEP)" and "ScrewdriverCapSmall3.STL(or STEP)"
reverse the shuttles and add pieces of filament for dowels. Done
In this folder you have all the files you need to open an assembly in Solidworks, print from STEP files (Much better arc and circle rounding), or the good ol .STL files.
The printable screwdriver files allow you to print the whole part with the shuttles in backwards. All you have to do is pop them out and turn them around. insert a peg (steel or filament pieces) and you have retractable bit holders.
Print the cap and printable side by side and you have all the parts in the picture.
