I recently picked up an Ozark Trail 26 quart cooler from walmart that was missing a drain plug. The cooler was on clearance, and the last one, so I figured I could print a new drain plug. I found Atrayyu's plug so I printed it out, and probably tried half a dozen times. I just couldn't get a clean enough print with supports, neither printing horizontally or vertically. Also, I had trouble threading it in, even if I tried printing at 100 or 99% size. So I changed a few things to make it fit a little better on my cooler and not need supports. Give this one a shot if you have problems with the original one.
Firstly, I changed the area where you grip the plug, so you can just print it vertically without supports. I also changed the pitch of the threads a little so it threaded in better for me. Should be able to print at 100% without issue.
I included a simple washer to seal the plug, print this with TPU. I haven't actually tested the washer yet, but should work fine. Let me k
