P1P door frame with hinge

The internal cutout is slightly larger than the panel so the plexi slides in easily. Printed in SUNLU PETG — Black.How to fit:Print all parts. I would suggest print the two column for the door first, top left and bottom left.Remove supports.Slide the parts into the plexiglass.Glue the corners (my build wasn’t rigid without adhesive).Print the hinges that mount to the machine — I trimmed a bit of support material from the hinge faces to get a good fit. I’ve included 1 mm and 2 mm cut/spacing variants.Measure ten times, glue once — don’t make the same mistake I did. :)
