Packing tape dispenser shield

This is a replacement part for the plastic shield on packaging tape dispensers that is mounted just above the blade. This part was designed specifically to replace a broken one my coworker had, and is the first 3D part I designed. The design was derived from measurements taken from the broken original.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Rotate shield 90 degrees onto its side in your slicer so the grain of the filament layers will be perpendicular to the direction of bending when the shield is used on a tape dispenser. If you don't the piece is more likely to break.
