This is to fit inside the Deep Milwaukee Organizer.
I've design it to be able to fit 30mm foam at the bottom, with a 10mm gap between the top of foam and underside of tray. In the tray compartment you will be able to fit 30mm foam as well with about 10mm gap to lid.
You will need to buy a sheet of plastic or metal at 3mm. What I did to stop my tool get damage from the underside of the tray, I added 3mm foam, on the underside of tray. You can only have maximum thickness of 6mm for base of tray, you might not need the foam on the underside. 310 x 457mm, H x W
I've add some PDF files so you can mark out the sheet for cutting and drilling. There is a A2 Sheet with some measurements and 4x A4 sheets for joining together to make a template.
I have added 3.3mm holes around the frame for a M4 bolt, they will need to be tap out before hand. You will need 28x M4x8
