Packout Rail Clamp Double Bar

I modified Electronsmith's
packout rail bar clips to allow me to attach two 2" bars instead of one, allowing for more utility with the Packout drawers and other larger toolboxes.

One small issue I ran into during assembly of these was having to slide the bar out of the Packout Drawers. I did so by prying out the black upper section with a slotted screwdriver while pulling down on the bar.

I also found when printing the original file, it was more efficient to print the outer clamp part on its own laid flat on the bed, rather than standing up.
