Padded envelope shipping skeleton

Padded envelope shipping box that is economical on filament and light.

This is a two part skeleton that fits inside an approximate 11” X 8” padded envelope. It gives the contents a safe shell, useful if you are posting a phone or some glass test tubes or something that needs that extra bit of reassurance.

There are two halves to print they locate together using male and female sockets. Sellotape can be used to hold the skeleton together.

Its roughly the size of an old VHS cassette tape.
