I needed a way to get the paint out of there containers and did not have a easy way to hold them upside down. This was a way to hold them in a more stable way and allow gravity to do its magic. I use squeeze bottles to hold my paints and this keeps me from constantly tapping them to get the paint to the nipple of the bottle.
