Paint Mixer

This mixer is mounted on M8 screwed rod by simply screwing it on. Used with an electric drill it is suitable for any domestic sized paint tins. By default it is designed to send the paint stream downwards to avoid the blade from being sucked to the bottom of the tin. For those who are interested this was designed in OnShape by creating a partial helix on the surface of a truncated cone which then provided a path for a swept shape. The resulting single blade shape was the basis of a circular repeat x3 with the rest of the features created from sketches in the usual way.
