Paint Palette (Customizable)

This project contains a collection of paint palettes varying in size from fairly large (pictured) to small. These palettes are created using OpenSCAD code, which is included and can easily be modified to create pretty much any rectangular palette you might want. There are parameters at the top of the file that let you specify how many rows and columns of circular paint wells there are, along with how many rectangular “mixing” areas there are. Make sure you stay within the bounds of your build plate! You can also vary the well diameter, depth, and the spacing between the wells, and the overall thickness of the palette. The code as uploaded defaults to the large, pictured palette which has two rows of eight 25mm wells with three large mixing areas. If you want to make changes to the OpenSCAD code I would highly recommend you install a developer release of OpenSCAD since the “official” release (2021.01) is extremely slow at rendering. Enjoy!
