Paint Roller Cleaner with cut

This is just a quick remix of the Paint Roller Cleaner by mishkin2

But this has a 10mm cut on both ends. This means that paint ink roller cleaner no longer has to be pulled over the handle of the paint roller, but can be pulled through directly from above.

Otherwise its a pretty messy situation the second time you use this device.

Most paint rollers have a 6mm or 8mm steel core, so 10mm space should be plenty.
