Pan lid holder generator (customizable)

Generate a pan lid holder for the inside of your cupboard door; the model can be customized to fit the pan lids and screws that you have on hand. In addition to the main part used to hold the pan lid, the parametric model will generate:screw covers to hide screw heads: stick these on with double sided tape or glue, and;spacers to stand-off the screws: these will automatically generate only if they're required to stop your screws from biting too deep into the cupboard door. This is code, don't blindly trust it!
