Panavise Fixturing Head

Panavise Fixturing Head designed to fit Panavise 300 series bases including early models manufactured by Colbert and Hunter Industries. Slots are desired to particularly fit ¼” carriage bolts but any ¼”, or equivalent metric screw/bolt will do. I also recommend using wingnuts in combination with the carriage bolts to allow for easy assembly/disassembly. That also makes it easy to design clamping fixtures for your particular need, whether for model painting/assembly, electronics, dremel carving etc. I printed this in Overture PLA Plus however I would use PETG if I were doing heavier work or work using solvents. I included stl files for some basic clamps and some spacers that can be used as small tool holders. I will be adding more parts later.
