Panel Mount Screw Terminal Block

I designed this for my RC lawnmower project when I needed some high amp DC panel mounts and couldn't find anything locally for a good price. These are easy to print and make use of readily available hardware. You will need QTY (4) 1/4-20 x 1/2" machine screws, QTY (4) 1/4" washer, QTY (3) #8 machine screws, QTY (3) #8 nuts, QTY (2) 1/4-20 coupling nuts.

Notes:
1. My local hardware store had two lengths of coupling nuts. One was long the other short. In my case I needed the shorter of the two, or around 7/8" long.

2. For best results print the terminal block with the studs pointing up and enable support material so the countersunk "nut-pockets" come out nice and clean.

3. The coupling nuts are supposed to be a snug fit, I was able to press mine in very easily with the aid of a small arbor press but a hammer would have done a fine job also.
