I bought a great value pannier from Amazon but it comes off the bike sometimes.
I designed these clips to keep the pannier on the bike.
Each clip is in two parts and two clips are used. The two parts of the clip are fastened round the bar of the pannier rack using a cable tie in the grove. After fixing the pannier to the bike these clips are slid along, over the pannier clips, so the pannier clips cannot jump off the rack.
