Paper towel rack.

No support needed. some assembly required. Rubber bands 4 rubber bands needed, 2 on each side. One for the pin. I used a string to pull the rubber band through the pin. Using a small screw driver to prevent the band from pulling though the pin. Then use the screw diver to put the band on the tab holding the band. I found it useful to start the band on the pin then depress the pin. See attached image.One fort the arm. put a screw in the base to hold one end of the “arm” band. I found it easy to put the band on the arm, then assemble the arm on the base, and stretch it on to the pre mounted screw. See attached image. screws2 places for screws, both are not required. One screw to hold the arm rubber band. Could be any size screw and head type. Don't screw it in all the way. It helps hold the rubber band. See attached image.
