Concept is to use stainless steel and give it a polished is sandblasted finish. A cheaper option would be to use mild steel the powder coat or epoxy it. Material is normal thin walled pipe and the ends get closed with off the shelf pipe end closer. The pipe would need to be cut to size, rolled to get the curved shape, then cut and welded together. I like the idea of using pipe because it can be manipulated to any shape desired. Its a typical engineering material that is the underdog in any factory. Its nice to take something out of its typical environment and put it to a different use.
